My purpose is to bring wellness and weight-related changes in people that become a sustainable lifestyle. The client determines the goal-driven process in a step by step planning process that is not overwhelming and focuses on weight-related behavior changes. Clients begin to see more clearly and they are more confident to decide to move in a positive direction that becomes a lifestyle.
You will overcome fears and limiting beliefs that are inhibiting the healthy lifestyle that you desire. You will learn how to free yourself of all the emotional baggage that holds you down.
Get a clear vision of what you really want.
To get to the next level of your healthy lifestyle, you will need to level-up your thinking. This new way of thinking will be totally new for you. It will require steps that you aren't used to taking. You have a very busy life and you will encounter roadblocks that will cause you to lose focus. You will struggle getting past those roadblocks because you will be taking the same steps to surpass those obstacles that you have always taken. These steps have been proven to be unsuccessful. With regular coaching, you will become focused on your goals. You will take new steps to move towards your goals.
You always put everyone else's needs before your own. Because you always feel obligated to other's needs, you feel that you can't, don't want to, or don't have the time to work on your fitness goals. You will commit to your goals with me as your coach and I will hold you accountable on getting towards those goals,.
It's tough to know if we are pushing towards our fitness goals hard enough. Sometimes we push ourselves too hard in finding ways to get towards those goals. Let's face it. Sometimes we just aren't pushing ourselves hard enough. It can be hard to know if we need to push ourselves more, back off a bit or to keep on the same path working towards our goals. Regular coaching will help you to gain a better perspective on the process. You will have a higher chance of success by getting a different perspective from regular coaching with me. You can't get this level of perspective all by yourself.
No matter how willing you are to become more healthy and fit, that won't matter if you don't have a solid plan of attack. This plan must be effective and follow through with the plan is essential to your success. You need to take consistent action on that plan. By doing regular coaching sessions with me as your coach, you will have daily disciplines that you will be held accountable for on a daily basis.
Once your mindset begins to change and you have consistently made progress, your thinking starts to become second nature. As you progress, your mindset now becomes a way of life and something that you don’t have to think about. You are now unstoppable and the things that you found difficult in the past are now much easier.
You want to do everything you can to make your journey toward getting healthier and more fit a more enjoyable experience as you are going through the process. The main purpose of coaching, however, is to help you produce the results in your life that you may have never been able to do on your own.
My health coaching programs can help you set clear health and fitness goals and adopt winning strategies to achieve them. Physical changes are important but the behavioral changes that are weight related are paramount.
